Back pain can be frustrating, but there are ways to relieve and manage it:

  • Stay active with gentle exercise like walking, swimming, or yoga.
  • Strengthening your core and stretching can improve spinal support.
  • Be mindful of posture—keep your shoulders relaxed and maintain a neutral spine.
  • Use heat to relax muscles and cold to reduce inflammation
  • Lift properly by bending your knees and keeping objects close.
  • Manage stress with deep breathing and mindfulness.

Manual therapy and physiotherapy, including massage and dry needling, can help with tightness and mobility.

If pain persists or worsens, we’re here to help identify the cause and create a personalized treatment plan.

At The Joint Physiotherapy, we’ll support you every step of the way!
