Salary

$60 – $120 CAD an hour

    Key Responsibilities

    Comprehensive Assessments & Personalized Care Plans  

    • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs, goals, and functional limitations.
    • Create evidence-based, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique journey to recovery.
    Hands-on Treatment & Active Rehab
    • Deliver high-quality care using a combination of manual therapy techniques, targeted exercise prescription, and adjunct modalities to support healing and optimize function.
    Patient Education & Empowerment
    • Provide clear, compassionate education to help clients understand their condition and feel confident in their rehab process.
    • Encourage active participation and self-management strategies for long-term success.
    Documentation & Clinical Excellence
    • Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes using our EMR system (Jane).
    • Uphold professional standards in all aspects of client care, treatment planning, and progress reporting.
    Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the physiotherapy team to support patient care.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s goals.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour with patients and colleagues.
    Qualifications
    • Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
    • Strong communicator who enjoys working with others
    • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centred care
    • Self-motivated with an interest in building a consistent caseload
    • Open to mentorship, learning, and contributing to team culture
    • Bonus: interest or experience in pelvic health, vestibular, concussion rehab, or sport therapy
