Purchase a Digital Gift Card
All of our gift cards are purchased through our booking software, Jane. In order to purchase a gift card, you must have an account on Jane associated with The Joint Physiotherapy!
To purchase a gift card:
1) Head to your Jane Booking Portal and sign in OR make an account with us.
2) Click on “Buy Gift Cards” on the left hand side of the screen and then “Buy Gift Cards” on the bottom.
3) Type in the value of the Gift Card. If you would like to see how much our services are, please click on “See Price List” on the left hand side.
4) Enter your credit card information, click on the ReCaptcha box, and click “Buy Gift Card.”
You have purchased your Gift Card. Don’t worry about sending the email Jane will prompt you to send immediately after the Gift Card purchase.
Giving your Digital Gift Card
Our gift card system is directly linked to our online booking system, Jane, meaning every gift card needs to be attached to an active account.
In order to give your digital Gift Card to someone else, you need to either give the person the Gift Card number or transfer the Gift Card to their account. You can find the number under your account information on Jane under “Gift Cards.”
We do accept print-outs or reciepts of gift cards — so long as it has the Gift Card number on it.
If you need a hand, please reach out and we can transfer the card for you!
We do offer physical Gift Cards for sale at the Joint Physiotherapy. Please come visit us in store to purchase one of these cards!
They come with a complementary envelope – ready for any gifting occasion.
Please note that we do not mail Gift Cards. All physical gift cards must be picked up.
FAQs
Gift Cards that I've purchased as gifts are showing on my account. Do I need to transfer them?
No – so long as you provide the gift card number to person you’re gifting the gift card to, they can redeem it. A good way to do that is to download and fill out the Gift Card PDF on this page.
Do the Gift Cards expire?
No they do not expire.
What can I use the Gift Card for?
Any The Joint Physiotherapy Gift Card can be used towards any of the services offered at any of our locations. Please check our services page to see what we offer.
Where do I find my purchased Gift Cards?
Log in to your personal Jane account. On the left hand side, there will be a tab titled “Gift Cards.” You will be able to see all the gift cards you’ve purchased and the remaining balance on them.
A Gift Card I purchased is showing it has a balance of $0.00.
This would mean that the Gift Card has been used. If this should not be the case, please contact us.
How to Redeem your Gift Card
In order to redeem your gift card at The Joint Physiotherapy, bring your gift card to the front desk as a form of payment before or at the end of your appointment. It’s that easy!
